We know! It's so tempting, but taking them out of the ground and moving them may cause injury to you and/or the sign. If you want to to change something, call us and we may be able to work something out.
Any movement will result in a $200 fee or the cost of the signs, depending on what is greater.
This is a rental. You are responsible for any damage, theft, or sign removal while the signs are in your possession, on your property, or rented out to you and installed in someone else's home and/or location.
Refunds will not be given for any of the following
1. Community Entry Denied because of HOA or Security protocols
2. Event Date Change- we will instead reserve a new date for you
We will try to flatter our way into a community in the event a security guard tells us we aren't allowed, however, it interferes with our tight morning schedule. Make sure to find out if vendors aren't allowed in before a certain time and always provide us with your gate code.
If we arrive to a community and we are not allowed in within 15 minutes of arrival, unfortunately we will have to leave to glow up our next customer. We may or may not be able to return.
All installations occur anywhere between 5am and 8am.
We will monitor all weather events closely. In the event we can't install because of heavy weather, we will reserve a new date for your celebration.
Full payment is due in order to reserve your date.
Please turn off your sprinklers so we can install without getting wet. Our signs are waterproof so feel free to turn them back on once we install.
